On Her Way to Better Herself Professionally

Carina was very young when she first worked as college librarian. She was fresh from college then. Time flies because it's been ten years since she was hired. Although she has remained single, Carina claims that she has matured a lot in the past years. She confessed that when she was just new to her job, she was not as committed. When her boss was not around, she would go out of her way to do something she thought would be more fun than to arrange books by isbn number. But that was years ago. Now, she likes to think that she has become more responsible as a worker. She reports to her work station on time and she stays longer if needed. She has also become so creative in implementing the department's program all throughout the year. In the past couple of years, Carina has also been attending more seminars in the hope of growing in her chosen profession. Her superior has observed the improvement in the quality of her work and in no time she will surely get a raise.
