I remember first getting one as a gift years ago but there are so hard to find. Do any of you know where to buy the prints for it? I remember them costing a lot of money costing nearly a dollar a shot. With everyone going digital these days perhaps it’s a dead technology. I have so many memories with them. When I was a kid I brought it a camp and went through maybe fifty dollars’ worth of shots in a weeks’ time. Even though this sounds very expensive I think it was worth it since I still have those pictures in my house. They are put in a small shoe box in my closet. I sometimes wish we could go back in time and relive our old experiences. The quality of the Polaroid shots was not stellar, especially when compared to digital but they were amazing since you did not have to wait for your shots to develop. Now the technology has improved dramatically, yet I still had to hire a professional baby photographer the other day because no matter how good the camera, you still need the skill to get the best shots. |
