Jordan is my favorite person in the world. He is my friend, my confidante, playmate and my protector. To be honest, I would not know how to survive without him by my side. When I was three years old, we lost everything we had in a fire accident. Loss of property was hard but losing mom and dad was even worse. It must have helped that I was young and did not understand the impact of such a tragedy. All I remember was I would wake up in the middle of the night crying because I missed mom and dad so much. It was Jordan who would cheer me up during times like those. He would assure me that I was not alone because I had a big brother in him even if we were only cousins. Since then, Jordan became my constant companion. He has always been there for me teaching me everything, including how to fix phone. In a few days, Jordan will be married to Jane. I sure hope he finds his happiness with Jane because Jordan is a good man and he deserves to be happy. |

A customer service agent must be fluent in his language. He must have attended a communications class with nothing less than a degree in human relations. A customer service agent should have attended a prestigious academy where there is only specialisation in talking to people and solving their problems. For you to be a customer service agent you need to be of kind heart because you cannot risk losing your temper when you are talking to customers. This can leave a bad reputation on a company and you can end up losing your job at the same time. It does not matter if you are using an aol customer service email all that matters is that you must try to fit in the shoes of your clients so that you can know how best to help them. If you do not do this you cannot survive in the job market as there are very many other companies that offer the same service and they can come in when you are not available. Therefore you should be careful in your job.
